You need to be self-motivated and ambition with entrepreneurial traits. You will also need in depth experience of the property industry and fully understand the values and ethics of Chelton Brown.
Specifically, you must:
- Be aligned with the Chelton Brown values, ethics and code of conduct.
- Have a strong estate agency experience.
- Be Highly motivated and confident in sales.
- Care for your customers and enjoy supporting them.
- Have a strong desire to be successful and grow your own business.
- Have sound knowledge of the local property market.
- Have great communication skills, both verbal and written
- This is a full-time commitment and must be your primary occupation.

Financial Reward
Truly uncapped earnings, you will earn 50% of all fees that you generate including the following primary and additional sources (including but not limited to premium marketing package add-on, removals, switching, insurance etc.).
Property Sales
50% of all fees that you generate from Property Sales.
Mortgage
50% of all fees that you generate from Mortgage Referrals.
Conveyancing
50% of all fees that you generate from Conveyancing Referrals.
Other Revenue
50% of all fees that you generate from other add-ons & referrals.
