Available with our Gold and Platinum packages, Rent & Legal Cover gives landlords added reassurance by helping to protect rental income and provide legal support if a tenancy does not go to plan.
Although every tenant is carefully screened, unexpected changes in circumstances can happen. This cover helps protect against rent arrears and provides access to specialist legal assistance, including support with possession proceedings where required.

We conduct a thorough vetting process that includes credit checks, employment verification, and reference checks to ensure we find reliable tenants for your property.
Our Silver, Gold, and Platinum services include a FREE 12-month Eviction Service for Rent Arrears, ensuring you have legal support if a tenant stops paying rent. Our Platinum service also includes Rent and Legal Protection Insurance for added security.
Our fees vary depending on the service level you choose. For example, the Gold service includes a 50% setup fee of the first month’s rent (with a minimum of £600 inc VAT) plus 12% inc VAT of rent collected. Additional services and fees are available as add-ons.
Yes, our Gold and Platinum services offer full property management, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and tenant communication, so you can enjoy a hands-off experience.
