Can you be sure your tenants are looking after your property?

By having your property fully managed by Chelton Brown this will include regular inspections of your property to ensure the property is being kept to inventory standard.

We will check the condition of the property against the inventory and will highlight any issues noted which require our Landlords attention and also issues our tenants need to action.

A follow up visit will then allow us to check that these have been attended too and allow us to report this back to our Landlords.

According to Property Eye Industry last week ‘One in four tenants wouldn’t informed a Landlord if they had caused significant damage to their rental property’ and Nick Marr, Co- founder of property portal TheHouseShop said ‘While the vast majority of tenants will not actively try to do damage to a property, accidents do happen, and even well-meaning and reliable tenants can end up inflicting significant damage during their tenancy.
